Recycling equipment manufacturer since 1999
We build the technology
behind recycling equipment.
Since 1999 we have designed and built our own styrofoam densifiers and compactors, polyurethane recycling machines, and glass-fibre and glass-fibre panel recycling lines. We do more than produce machines — we think about the working conditions, the process and the efficiency of the recycling floor, and build the technology that floor actually needs.

Styrofoam densification without heating wire
We did not take the heating wire out. We built a process that never needed one.
Lower power draw · less fire risk · a better place to work
Our styrofoam densifiers compact the material without a single heating wire. That removes power the process never needed, takes away the fire risk a heated element brings, and keeps the operator’s safety and working conditions in view.
See what we can processLower power draw
No power goes into heating a wire, and there are no heating elements or solvents to buy and replace.
Less fire risk
There is no hot element inside the machine to start a fire — which matters most exactly where waste foam piles up.
A better place to work
None of the smoke and smell that comes from melting foam on a hot wire, so the machine can stand where people work.
No dioxin formation
Operating temperature stays around 150°C and never reaches the 250–400°C band where dioxins form.
Minimal screw wear
The screw — the core wear part — barely wears down, which keeps maintenance low.
Small footprint
Compact enough to install where the waste is actually produced.

The standard range for reducing volume where the waste is produced. Simple to install and run.
Design · build · test
We design it, we build it, and we test it ourselves.
Years on the floor and the manufacturing know-how behind them let us keep design, fabrication, assembly and testing under one roof. Performance, durability and ease of operation have been improved run after run, against real materials and real site requirements.
A machine worth more the longer it runs — remembered for being built solid. That is the recycling equipment SEHO makes.
Materials
Plenty of machines handle dry styrofoam.
Ours also take soaked fish boxes, marine buoys and flame-retardant construction board — with no drying step.
EPS styrofoam
Ordinary expanded polystyrene from packaging and cushioning. Every densifier handles it.
Wet styrofoam
Fish boxes and fishing buoys saturated with water — processed without drying, melting or preheating.
Flame-retardant EPS
Flame-retardant insulation board, handled by cold-type compactors that emit no odour or gas.
Marine buoys & nets
Buoys recovered from the sea, fouling and all, densified on a dedicated compaction line.
PSP · EPP · EPE
Instant-noodle cups, cushioning foam and other expanded resins.
Polyurethane foam
Polyurethane foam from sandwich panels and insulation.
